Nature of the site

An information site about roofs around Lincoln, which also introduces homeowners to independent local roofing businesses. No roofing work is carried out by this site, no roofers are employed by it, and nothing is inspected by it. It neither supervises nor guarantees work done by any business it introduces.

Standing of what is published

Background reading. It is not legal advice, insurance advice or engineering advice. A description of a Nebraska statute or a building code section is a plain language summary written for homeowners, not the text itself, and legislatures amend things. Every citation carries the date it was read.

Decisions about your roof, your contract, your claim and your money belong to you, and any agreement you enter is between you and the other party to it.
